Dutch- very pushy with donations but i guess thats part of his job so cant hold anything against him, one of the more active staff members and very friendly and helped solve an issue with my donation.

Fastneasy- never really had a positive/negative experience with him, hes just there (i dont know what else to put). i see him alot but not really recognisable in a good or bad way

Tineepockets- dont see him too much but when i do its always positive, laughs and jokes in cc, keeps people active and talking, dont really see him helping but i barely see him so i cant comment on it

Minh- very active and helps in cc alot, like the other mods, can take a joke and keeps people active and talking and makes the game fun and engaging when there is nothing to do

Heroic- probably the most active and helpful mod, always in cc helping out new players, tries his best to solve issues and knows how to have a laugh and knows when a joke is a joke

so I would like to start with that all the staff I have encountered or even requested have always been helpful in a timely and efficient manner.  I like the fact that the staff are here for the players, and not here as a job of theirs.

anytime I need advice or help, I will either be mentioned in the help chat or pmed within 30 seconds. the only issue I would say is that the staff are not afraid to upsell product. Which is not a bad thing, considering they're just doing their job.

but as far as negative feedback that is the only piece of "negative feedback"  I can think of.  so all and all staff are always there for the players, always helpful, fair, help host events if needed, and do all of this in a timely manner.

there are many servers where staff are lazy, egotistically snobby, and are afk for hours. I have not seen a single staff member here inactive or unable to help when they are logged on. ( which is highly appreciated ! )

so with all that said! thank you simplicity and aswell to the staff of simplicity! see you at edge!

I love how active the staff is in the community. they actually care about their player base, this produces retention in the player base.

They are quick to solve issues and quick to help people out. No matter what time of day i get on someone is doing something to keep this game alive.
