Client error - crashes at "indexing files"

Hello, after attempting an instalation on a new laptop my client seems to crash at "indexing files" i have used all the reccomended solutions. The client literally just goes completely blank screened and shows the background after 5 minutes of "indexing files" i have reinstalled, deleted cache, checked java, ran javafixer etc. same issue persists.
