cant open client

i got a new gaming pc but now i installed this client again but when i download it it is onlt a read document how to fix this?

With you having a new computer Java usually doesn’t come pre-installed. I recommend you go to Java’s website and download the most recent version. After it has been installed you need to right-click the client of the game and select the option “open with”, once you do this select Java and it should open without a problem.
