This one is going to have to be generalized because I can't single out just one of you, you guys keep it alive and dancing, server wouldn't be the same without you. 

As with anything, you can only do your best and be expected to maintain that standard, and so far unless someone is picky or entitled i'd say its difficult to expect any more out of this staff as a whole. Y'all really bust it and sacrifice your own achievements to help us succeed, and the events alone, need I say anymore? keep on keepin' on. Although, #supportforowner - just think about it. love you guys.

Charmie - Met charmie while grinding 5000 scimis, this was before he got staff and he was more than helpful showing me how fire tbow vs hcx works on KDB. I appreciated the time he took out to show me that.

Swe Monkey - Love seeing the banter between swe and others keeps the chat fun rather than a constant bombardment of help comments

Hiddenblade9 - Hidden is always there if you need to just chat about random stuff, home2 is his location. In these hard lockdown times its nice to just chat about random stuff thats going on.

Gnik - Love the banter with Gnik and other players, he is more than happy to make deals with you. Also we have great chats during tob or raids.

Haven't had a whole lot of time to experience things in comparison to some users. With that said, I have been around long enough to notice some things. Mod's under the "Help" CC have been quite active in answering most of my questions that others could not. That's a positive. Another positive, just before this option to post, the server was experiencing some heavy lag. According to mods, Devs were on the case almost immediately. To me, good response is good business and I applaud you all. It wasn't much longer before I started noticing an increase in performance. Time for the bad... I've been on the server for 12 hours and have already experienced extreme lag and downtime. Not quite sure how that helps you make it better, but an area of focus nonetheless. Then again, what do I know? I appreciate all of you so far, and my experience has been enjoyable. Looking forward to providing a more adequate response from future game-play. I will now address those that I have had contact with.
But before:
One other thing, aside from using the POS and CC for Price Checks, are their future plans in expanding the website to include a price sheet?

Bernard and Lewis - Once again, i haven't had the opportunity to chat with these guys one-on-one, but I can already tell they're very good at their job. I've interacted with quite a few moderators and server supports, and they all seem quite fit for the position they have. I'm sure they have a lot of guidance from both Bernard and Lewis.

The man has helped me out gear wise, but not too over powered so it doesn't ruin the game, from price checking, to asking common questions about which gear is better, he's got it all, he's also walked me through specific bosses on how to kill them, how to raid, ect. 100% a good dude.

Riv Riv actually helped me look into something in game earlier today, took time away from what he was doing to help me check and see if a really specific npc was in game or not, and while it wasnt he defintely didnt have to go that far to help me find it, very cool and easy to talk to.

So past the people listed here I've actually had a good bit of help from the community as a whole, people coming together, suggesting gear, kindve guiding me in the server so I can better enjoy it and progress in a decent enough way.
