Dutch is incredibly active, an awesome guy and will always be available to do a fatty deal when donating - so defo give him a shout before you drop a biggn  He's set the standard high for other staff members to live up to, and really boosts the positivity in the community when he's online.

 

Also, regardless of his staff position - he should definitely get recognition for his dedication to HCIM, no matter how many times he has to restart
